Looming Challenges for New Zealand-China Relations and the ’One Belt One Road’ Policy (Interview - Jason Young)

Jason Young is an Associate Professor at Victoria University of Wellington. In this interview, we discuss New Zealand-China relations and what recent challenges may loom for the relationship. We discuss the ramping up of reform in Hong Kong and China's opposition to Taiwan in the World Health Organisation. I also ask Jason about the looming challenge of debt on various nation-states resulting from the 'One Belt One Road' initiative and what the policy is likely to look like going forward.
